Miss Catherine Graddon B.Vet.Med., M.R.C.V.S – Veterinary Surgeon

Miss Graddon qualified at the Royal Veterinary College in 2004 and joined the practice in 2005.

Karen Pickering B.V.Sc., MRCVS.

Karen graduated from the University of Bristol in 2008 and joined the practice in October 2008. Karen enjoys outdoor pursuits like walking and horse riding and is also a keen photographer.

Melanie Shilstone M.A.,Vet.M.B., MRCVS

Melanie graduated from Cambridge university in 2003 and has worked in mixed practice ever since, gaining a wealth of knowledge and clinical ability. Melanie joined the practice in February 2009.

Mrs Lucy Higgin VN Man – Practice Manager

Lucy joined the practice in 1999, and went on to qualify as a veterinary nurse in 2002.
She became practice manager in 2003.

Miss Carly Nairn VN – Head Veterinary Nurse

Carly joined the practice in 2000 and then went on to qualify as a veterinary nurse in 2005.
Carly also has further qualifications in behaviour.

Miss Becky Calvert VN – Veterinary Nurse

Becky qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2000 and joined the practice in 2003;
shortly after which she became head nurse.

Jenny qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2006 and in the same year joined the practice.

Sam Tully - Student Veterinary Nurse

Sam Tully joined the practice in September 2008 in order to complete her training to become a qualified veterinary nurse. Sam is due to take her final written and practical exams during the summer 2009.

Sarah joined the practice in 2005.

Elaine joined the practice in 2006.

Miss Victoria Milford – Branch Manager

Victoria joined the practice in 1999. Vicky originally worked at our Totnes branch as a veterinary
receptionist, before moving to our Preston surgery as branch manager.

Rachel joined the practice in 2002. She works at Preston surgery, assisting Vicky.

Jo joined the practice in 2006. She has now joined the nursing team in Totnes.

Nicola joined the practice summer in the summer of 2008. Her time is divided between the Totnes and Paignton surgeries.
